Relações entre a Biomecânica da Postura e a Biomecânica da Performance Musical: uma revisão de literatura

Abstract

This article presents a literature review of the Biomechanics of Posture applied to musical performance, aiming to understand how body alignment influences the quality of instrumental execution and the musculoskeletal health of musicians. A total of 14 studies were analyzed, including dissertations, scientific articles, a technical book, and a book chapter, organized into five thematic categories: postural alignment, posture's influence on health, impact on performance, technological interventions, and musical expressiveness. The results indicate that proper posture contributes to technical efficiency, prevents injuries, and enhances artistic expressiveness. Technologies such as vibratory and thermal feedback, along with pedagogical strategies, have proven effective in posture monitoring and correction, fostering a healthier and more sustainable musical practice.
