Abstract

The essay “Report on the opening of the company j.m.produções”, reports the experience of the creation process of the (micro) company itself, questioning the profession and social performance of contemporary artists from the reflective axes of occupation, capital and name. The text is mainly based on the course “Comment achever une oeuvre? Travail et processus de création” (2018-2019), carried out by researcher and professor Pierre-Michel Menger at the Collège de France, in which he analyzes those linked to creation in the contemporary context from a sociological point of view.
