Abstract

The essay introduces new obligations in the contemporary artistic process, converting the artist into what the authors call an artist-bureaucrat. Some characteristics of financing mechanisms created during the pandemic are briefly raised, as well how the bureaucrat-artist had to adapt to them. Finally, the main skills of the artist-bureaucrat are mentioned.
