Resumen

The expression of a nationalist iconography in the Brazilian art of the first decade of the twentieth century has in the drawings one of its main means of communication, thanks to the easy circulation and consequent penetration in various spheres of society. Nature, the indian and Brazilian mythology became an esthetic commitment and even the foundation for an educational project.
