Abstract

The inauguration of the road União e Indústria (Union and Inventiveness) was described both by a journalist and the Brazilian Emperor Dom Pedro II. Get a deep insight of these testimonies requires translations linked to different understandings and the disclosure of the some interpretation keys. Some hermeneutic models are behind of this reflection (Ricouer, Turner and Kenneth Burke) and they are the tools of the account retrieval seeking to express the lived experience the more near possible.
