Important Notice: System Upgrade and DOI Activation – Revista de Enfermagem da UFJF

Dear authors, reviewers, researchers, readers, and members of the academic community,

The Revista de Enfermagem da UFJF would like to inform its community that the UFJF Scientific Journals Portal will undergo a system upgrade, including migration to a new version of the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform. According to the institutional schedule, this process is expected to take place between June 15 and June 19, 2026, and temporary service interruptions or instabilities may occur during this period.

As a result of this upgrade, some editorial activities may experience temporary adjustments to their timelines. To ensure data security and integrity throughout the migration process, new manuscript submissions may be temporarily suspended during the migration week.

This upgrade aims to modernize the platform, improve system stability, and enhance the services available to authors, reviewers, editors, and readers.

Following the successful completion of the migration and the full restoration of services, the journal will proceed with the activation and regularization of DOI records for published articles. This process is a priority and will contribute to strengthening the visibility, traceability, and indexing of the scientific output published by the journal.
