MENTAL HEALTH PRACTICE IN THE PSYCHOSOCIAL ATTENTION NET: THE PRODUCTION OF THE CARE AND THE TECHNOLOGIES OF THE RELATION IN THE COLLECTIVE SUBJECT'S SPEECH

Abstract

The objective is to understand as occurs the production of the care and the technologies of the relations (humanization, reception, user-working of the health relation) of the users and their respective family in treatment in the Psychosocial Attention Center (CAPS) General II of the city of Sobral-CE. We opted by the qualitative approach of the research. The participants of the research are 10 users of the intensive service modality and in attendance in the coexistence group and 10 family. The technique of used collection was the semi-structured interview. The analysis of the data was organized through the collective subject's speech and interpreted to the light of the Gadamer hermeneutics. The results demonstrate that, in the context of the Psychosocial Attention Net, the participants detached the co-made responsible attention rendered by the mental health service, the improvement of the attendance and the construction of elements that favor the autonomy and emancipation citizen. In this way, obtained a space characterized by the humanized care where the reception, and the insert of the family go through the whole psychosocial practice.  <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
