Evaluating the Network of the Cold of Municipal Health District IV Immunization of the Municipality Of Recife.

Abstract

The Network of Cold is the process of receiving, storage, storage, handling, distribution and transport of immunobiological the National Program of Immunization. This study aimed to evaluate the operating conditions of the Network of vaccines cold in the classrooms of Health District IV, Recife-PE. There was an evaluative study of the normative standard, cross-sectional in the period from May to July the year 2008, the 24 rooms of the town of vaccines. We used the instrument proposed by the National Immunization Program of the Ministry of Health for surveillance of the vaccination room. With the results of them were inadequate structure of a network of Cold. The results demonstrate the importance of supervision, monitoring and evaluation in the halls of vaccination, an improvement for this service offering better support to officials and users of services and thereby improving the roof vaccines reducing the waste that still exist.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
