Collectives arranged to produce whole care: a challenge to professional regulation.

Abstract

This article reflects about what the logical and interests that dispute the normative definition process of the health professionals performance field, and the elaboration of corporative acts. It does a debate about the production of health acts and about how professionals determine what becomes its action objective. It defends that in agreement of this action object, whole knowledge must be considered allowable and insufficient, so that, in a logical life defense, it may not be a caught act result, indeed, being opened to different and infinity arrangements from several present knowledge. The search by the whole care is a result of an equip work process, where this care isn’t specific from a determined professional competence field, indeed where all knowledge and practice of the actors involved in this meeting are resources to defend life. They’re all responsible for this production, articulated by the care dimension, disalienating its work e realizing that from meeting emanate more health acts than the isolated production of each competence nucleus. So there’s a juridical challenge getting a normatization that considers responsible by the health acts this equip and doesn’t inhibit its creativity.
