2) Retextualização do depoimento judicial oral em texto escrito

Resumo

Inglês: This research investigates the communicative event organization, describing the way how information orally obtained by the answers of the deponents, without predetermination of the cohesive and/or persuasive relations, are registered in writing, based on interpretative decisions. This study constructs the concept of retextualization by the systematization and classification of the transformation procedures from oral to writing in judicial testimony deposition. Our study is theorically based on works of Textual Linguistics and Critical Discourse Analysis.

Tradução: Este estudo investiga a organização doevento comunicativo tomada de depoimento (TD), descrevendo a maneira como informações dadas, oralmente, pelo depoente em resposta às perguntas, sem pré-determinação de relações coesivas e/ ou argumentativas, são registradas, por escrito, a partir de decisões interpretativas do magistrado. Apresenta a noção de retextualização, em que a passagem da fala é efetuada para a escrita na instância jurídica, sistematizando e classificando os procedimentos de transformação aí encontrados. Inscreve-se teoricamente nos trabalhos de Lingüística do Texto e de Análise Crítica do Discurso.
