2) Enquadramento cognitivo para a estrutura narrativa: uma proposta de olhar para a narrativa a partir da perspectiva da Linguística Cognitiva de Leonard Talmy

Inglês: In this paper narrative is understood to encom pass production by necessity cognitively produced or experienced. It is believed to represent the operation of a cognitive system and that its characteristics share the properties that are common across cognitive systems generally, so that it can, in turn, be used to better understand the nature of those properties. The Talmian concept of “a cognitive framework for narrative structure” is applied to the analysis of narrative production of Timorese L2 speakers of Euroepan Portuguese.

Tradução: Propõe-se, no presente texto, discutir a noção de “enquadramento cognitivo para a estrutura narrativa”, introduzido por Talmy em 2000, bem como a proposta da sua aplicação para o estudo da produção narrativa em Língua Portuguesa. A proposta de aplicação foca a produção narrativa efectuada por timorenses, falantes do Português língua não-materna.
