Abstract

The concept of Metaverse is not new, however, after Mark Zuckerberg's advances, an idea was created that an ideal Metaverse would need to comply with his ideas. As an example, there is the use of Virtual Reality (VR) glasses developed by Meta which, in addition to being expensive, could cause harm to health after long periods of use. Therefore, it is necessary to think about technologies and ideas capable of making a Metaverse proposal more accessible. It is possible to imagine a Metaverse that tends mainly towards the sound aspect and the incorporation of Augmented Reality (AR). The methodology involves bibliographic and documentary research, of an exploratory nature, aiming to find possibilities for designing an immersive environment. As possible results, thinking about alternatives that are socioeconomically and sustainably more viable is a fundamental part of the process, seeking to develop a functional Metaverse.
