Caracterização e construção de genogramas com o recurso eletrônico “Álbum de Família” das famílias com Doença de von Willebrand

Resumo

A atividade diminuída ou anormal do Fator de von Willebrand (FVW) resulta na coagulopatia doença de von Willebrand (DVW), um distúrbio hemorrágico hereditário comum e complexo. A pesquisa tratou-se de um estudo investigativo no qual foram avaliados dados demográficos, história familiar, clínicos e laboratoriais a partir de registros médicos e entrevistas de pacientes cadastrados com DVW em dois Hemocentros do Estado de Minas Gerais. O estudo envolveu 253 participantes, sendo 51,0% do gênero feminino. O sintoma hemorrágico mais comum em ambos os sexos foi epistaxe e, entre as mulheres, a menorragia. Alguns pacientes pertenciam a grupos familiares que foram agrupados em 84 famílias. Com a história familiar foram desenhados genogramas e realizadas análises laboratoriais para reclassificação do tipo da DVW em alguns casos.
