Resumen

Within this study the prevailing idea that the connections between the representations personal identity and business pratice qualify the manegement of the company as a cultural fact in addition to express economical strategy. We ask ouselves if the Italian origin of the founding entrepreneurs can become an issue to be referred to a specific reflection in the context of complex cultural dimensions of business life.
