Resumen

This paper intends to show the most important results of a research where we focused on the complex concept of the government that is present in The Governance of England of Sir John Fortescue, and the main questions were to what extent were these ideas put in practice in the parliament, and to what level this text was only an artifice materialized in political treatise in the Fifteenth Century during the Wars of the Roses (1455-1485) in England.
