Who where the creditors? Mortgage creditors, depositors and capitalists

Resumen

We present the profile of mortgage lenders, of depositors in Caixa Econômica Federal and of capitalists from São Paulo. We noted a wide diversity of individuals and companies as creditors. Although the large majority was of men, we found a significant and growing presence of women, especially among depositors. The capitalists were people who specialized in providing funding; some even make hundreds of transactions.
