Resumen

In the wake of recent reforms of the state, the article analyzes the shift from the Executive to the Legislative branch as the main channel for the articulation of entrepreneurial interests. The study focuses on the activities of lobbies and their role in influencing the course of economic and regulatory policies. Although lobbies are not regarded as legitimate by the dominant political culture, they are an important link between civil society and the states.
