Abstract

Adilia de las Mercedes is a feminist jurist and researcher of femicide and sexual violence in conflict settings and has training and interest in comparative law, health sciences and critical criminology. She is also the Director of the Guatemalan Women's Association AMG, a non-governmental organization based in Madrid (Spain). For this reason, we decided to talk with her about the role that Latin American refugees and migrant women play in the construction of rights policies, both in the countries where they were born and those in which they currently live. The official website of AMG can be consulted at this link: http://mujeresdeguatemala.org/
