Abstract

A dynamic junction between the aspects shared by the workers of the District of Santo Aleixo and the combination of experiences that mark the construction of a variety of positions in it interior contributed to the formation of collective identity of the group. Established an identity on a set of values and the supportive traditions, not cancel, but they overlap to internal differences in the face of a relationship with the other.
