Abstract

The relationship established between the constituent exercise, so dear to modernity, the relevance of the Constitution to the National State and the formatting of a social identity erected by cultural heritage is the first object of this article. Understanding the intricacies and imbrications between these basic categories of National States is the primary purpose.
