Abstract
The article analyzes the effort for the legislative's cration of the spaces of political representation in the first years of independent Brazil linked to the intense politicization’s process of society in this period. It points out that, in those years, it would be evident one gap between the political-constitutional’s basis and the various demands from the society, in the meaning of producing one rough tension in their balance for the State building that will beshown, violently, in the years of the Regency.
