Business and Social Rights in the 1988 Constitution

Abstract

This artIcle discusses the transition to democracy in Brazil, emphasizing the reaction of entrepreneur association against the enlargement of social rights included in the Constitution of 1988, which was connected with the political participation of the labor class and the emergency of new types of association in the Brazilian society during the 80’s.
