Internal Market and Agro-Export: as origins of the coffee expansion in the forest area of ​​Minas Gerais: notes for a research

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to think about different approaches of Brazilian historiography on the origin of central-soutb expansion that built an agrarian-exporting nucleus in Zona da Mata mineira. It enphasizes the relationsof this process not only as an alternative of application of capital from the old mining places, but also with capitals coming from commercial circulation web aiming to internal supply of Minas Gerais province.
