Abstract
This work seeks to give visibility to essential aspects on which various ideologies and political praxes on reproduction were established in Argentina, during much of the twentieth century, and joined in (and originated from) a discourse articulated around the roles gender, strengthened in the scientific field thanks to the wide reception, locally, of the theory of eugenics with a Latino bias.
