Abstract
The working mode’s analysis of national security organs in the last quarter of the twentieth century led us to unravel a complex network which extends to all corners of the country that does not change in spite of differences in the constitutional provisions and their myriad regulations in each analyzed period. The autocratic condition of State configuration is revealed in such public policies and in their agents’ actions, as expressed in the DOPS documentation.
