This study aimed to analyze what the scientific literature says about Quality of Life and associated factors in elderly people living in communities served by Primary Care, through an Integrative Literature Review. The search for the articles took place in January of the year 2020, in the BVS, PUBMED and SciELO databases. Ten studies were selected, which showed quality of life of the elderly as regular, the dimension of social relations as the best evaluated and "environment" as the worst. Studies have found that physical exercise, entertainment, social interactions, emotional support and access to Primary Care triggered significant improvements in the elderly Quality of Life. Living with multimorbidities and being a long-lived elderly person negatively affect Quality of Life. The more vulnerable in the social, econômic and environmental aspects, the lower Quality of Life perception and worse the health of the elderly.
