The incorporation of ergology in the health’s professionals formation: in search of health integrality

Abstract

Theoretical study that discusses in what manner the ergology references can contribute for the health professionals formation may be aimed for the attainment health integrality. The Ergology conceives the work through work activity concept, enigmatical and unforeseeable. This study considers that the integrality consists of an antecedent rule –ergologic concept that refers to historical patrimony and embraces worth of common to all benefit – fundamental for the health professionals formation. It concludes tht only through workers’ participation materialized in the Ergological Three Poles Device in the formation process will attain legitimated and effective strategies of health professionals formation.
