PERCEPTION OF THE EDUCATORS AND COORDINATORS OF A CHILD DAY CARE CENTER ABOUT THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IN HEALTH DEVELOPED WITH A MULTIPROFESSIONAL APPROACH.

The accomplishment of this study verified the perception of educators and coordinators of the Child Day Care Center about the educational process developed trough the multiprofessional approach, considering the proposal of interdisciplinary act (health – education) and the relationship among family – school – community into the broad acting logic of the family health program. It was used quantitative and exploratory methodology, with content analysis. Acording to the educators and coordinators interviewed the themes were already developed and were part of the CEI routines, but the way they were taught facilitated the learning. The strategies used by the crew proved to be satisfactory to the child development stage and supported the exchange of knowledge and dialogue between the people involved. Other aspect that became evident on the children’s attitude was the greater interest and improved mouth and body higiene practices as well as improved eating habits. There was concern with in the educators to find a way to better their actual daily activities. Finally, the actions developed made possible the integration between the multiprofessional crew and teachers and helped through this achievement get close to the community.Downloads
