Communitarian Psychology and Primary Health Care: Interference Experience in Ewbank da Câmara – MG

Abstract

This paper has the aim of presenting a community interference experience which took place in Ewbank da Camara Town with the Family Health Staff partnership (ESF). This paper presents the possibility of the psychologist action based on a pro-active intervention perspective against the remedy model. With this experience it was possible to contribute to life quality improvement among the people who live in the community and receive the Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) treatment, improve people’s awareness concerning their own health caring, have a bigger social participation in order to solve the community social problems.
