ADJUSTMENT OF THE PROFESSIONALS OF HEALTH TO FAMILY HEALTH PROGRAM: PROPOSALS AND CONQUESTS

Abstract

This article has the objctive to trace a parallel among the necessity of adquacy of health professionals to the Family Health Program - FHP, the main measures taken to achieve this adequacy and results of some proposals for training of professionals of the top-level teams family health. This study has a biographical, analytic nature, constitudial from the collection of facts of dissertations, teses, and articles of the data base on-line, by means of research in System-Lilacs-Bireme, as well as from oficial documents of the State departament of Health. The selection of the articles obeyd the criterios of the publication (between 2001-2007), and pertnacity to the subject. The descriptions used were human resources in health, FHP, formation and qualification in health. Has been observed a great determination from the department of Health, that search adequacy of human resources to PHF, however has much more work to reach such objectives as the necessity of bigger investiments in professional qualification. As we know the human resources are the basic part to reach quality and real implement f the praised assistencial model in health.
